Effective August 27, 2026

This is the agreement you're entering into with Make It Inevitable LLC when you join LOSE IT FOR GOOD. I've tried to write it the way I talk, because you shouldn't need a lawyer to get to the end of it. Where a section matters more than the others, I've said so.

1. Who this is between

"I" and "me" mean Make It Inevitable LLC, a Florida limited liability company. "You" mean the person who bought a membership.

You need to be 18 or older to join.

2. What you're buying

A 12-month membership in LOSE IT FOR GOOD. The first 90 days are the program itself. The rest of the year is continued support, so what you've built holds.

Your membership includes access to the lessons in the member portal, the private community, a weekly live call that I run, and an accountability partner I'll match you with.

A note on how partners work. Partner check-ins happen on Marco Polo, which is a separate app I don't own or control. Using it means you're agreeing to Marco Polo's own terms, and anything that happens inside that app is between you, your partner, and Marco Polo.

What I can and can't change. Schedules move and formats improve. I may change the day or time of the weekly call, adjust how lessons are delivered, or swap a tool for a better one. What I won't do is quietly reduce what you've been promised. If something material changes, I'll tell you in writing.

3. Payment

$997 covers your first full year, and it's charged when you join. Prices are in US dollars.

Members keep the rate they joined at for as long as they stay enrolled without a break. That's a real commitment, not a promotional line.

4. Automatic renewal

Term. Your membership runs for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Renewal. At the end of each 12-month term, your membership renews automatically for another 12 months and the payment method on file is charged the then-current renewal rate. Renewal continues each year until you cancel.

Your rate. Members keep the rate they joined at for as long as they stay enrolled without a break. If your renewal rate is ever going to change, you get written notice at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the new rate takes effect, along with instructions for canceling.

Advance notice. Before each renewal you receive two email reminders, one about 30 days before the renewal date and one about 7 days before. Each names the renewal date and the amount, along with how to cancel.

How to cancel. Two ways, both of which work at any time. Use the cancel button in your member portal, which takes effect right away. Or email [email protected] and say you want to cancel. No form, no phone call, and you do not have to give a reason. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current term. You keep access through the end of the term you have already paid for.

What happens after you cancel. Access to the member portal and the community ends when your term ends, and so do the weekly calls. Anything you downloaded is yours to keep.

5. Canceling and refunds

Your right to cancel. You may cancel this agreement and receive a full refund of $997 at any time from the date of purchase through the fourteenth day after the program start date.

How to give notice. Email [email protected], or write to Make It Inevitable LLC, 1348 Beach Blvd #50767, Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32240. Notice does not have to take any particular form. However you word it, it is effective as long as it shows you do not intend to be bound by this agreement. You do not have to give a reason.

What happens next. Your refund goes back to the payment method you used. Your access ends on the date the refund is issued, so that your accountability partner can be re-paired with another member.

After the refund period. Your membership runs through the end of the term you paid for. See Automatic renewal above for how to stop it renewing.

6. What this program is, and what it isn't

LOSE IT FOR GOOD is a coaching, education, and accountability program. Samantha McAllister is not a physician. She is not a registered dietitian or a licensed nutritionist, and she is not a therapist or a certified personal trainer. Nothing in this program is medical, nutritional, or psychological treatment.

What's in this program is general information and personal experience. It's not individualized advice, and it isn't a substitute for care from a qualified provider who knows your history.

Talk to your doctor before making changes to how you eat or move, particularly if you're pregnant or nursing, have a diagnosed medical condition, take prescription medication, or have any history of disordered eating. If your provider's guidance conflicts with anything in this program, follow your provider.

No result is promised or guaranteed. What happens depends on factors outside anyone's control, including your health, your circumstances, and what you do with the material.

If you're struggling with an eating disorder, this program isn't the right support, and I'd rather you get help that fits. The National Alliance for Eating Disorders runs a free helpline at 1-866-662-1235, staffed by licensed clinicians, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM Eastern. Outside those hours, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, which answers around the clock.

7. The community, and the one rule that matters

What's said here stays here. Members share weights, numbers, and things they've never told anyone. Do not screenshot, repeat, or share anything from the community or from your partner check-ins outside this program. This is the rule I'll remove someone for.

Speak to other women the way you'd want to be spoken to on the worst week you've had. Disagree with an idea if you need to, and leave the woman who posted it alone. Harassment and personal attacks are grounds for removal, and so is anything aimed at another member for her race, her religion, her age, her disability, or her background.

Nothing in here shames a body or a number. Not another woman's, and not your own out loud where she can hear it. A number posted in this room is information, and the woman who posted it is trusting you with it.

The pressure to eat less stays outside this room. Fasting protocols and cleanses stay outside. So does purging, and so does "just eat less and move more," which every woman in here has heard a hundred times already. Most of that gets offered kindly, by somebody repeating what worked for her own body, and it can still do real harm to a member carrying a history she hasn't told you about. Some of the women in this room are carrying one.

Say what worked for you, and stop there. Members are not each other's clinicians. Her medication, her dose, and her diagnosis belong with the doctor who has seen her chart, and the same goes for what she should eat. What you know from your own body is worth a lot in here, and it isn't a plan for anybody else's.

Nothing gets sold in here. This room is for the work. Your coaching, your programs, your affiliate links, and your supplements stay out of your posts and out of her DMs. So does any other offer you have, whether or not it has anything to do with weight loss. If you think something would genuinely help the women in here, ask me first. Selling to the room without my okay is grounds for removal from the community.

Your access is yours. Please don't share your login or resell your seat. One membership is one woman, partly because your partner and your pod get built around you.

Your posts belong to you. By posting in the community you're letting me and the other members read it inside the program, and that's all.

I won't use your story publicly without asking you first. Not your before photo, not your numbers, not a quote from a post. If I ever want to share something, I'll ask, and no is a complete answer that doesn't change anything about your membership.

If you break the confidentiality rule, I may remove you from the community and end your membership without a refund. I'd rather never do this.

8. The lessons and materials

The videos, worksheets, and written material are mine. Your membership gives you permission to use them for yourself while you're a member.

Please don't share your login, post the material anywhere, or resell it. Anything you downloaded while you were a member stays yours to keep and use personally.

9. Your privacy

What I collect and what I do with it is in the Privacy Policy.

Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.

10. Limits

I'm giving you my honest best. I am not promising an outcome, and you are responsible for your own choices about food, movement, and your health.

To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you for anything connected to this program is limited to what you paid me in the twelve months before the claim.

Some states do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. If something goes wrong between us

Email me first. Most things turn out to be a conversation, and I'd like the chance to fix it.

This agreement is governed by Florida law. That doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state you live in.

12. Changes to these terms

If I change these terms in a way that affects your membership, I'll email you before the change takes effect. If you don't want the new terms, you can cancel and I'll refund the unused part of your current year.
